DAY

Arrive in Colombo. Proceed to Kandy via Pinnawala elephant orphanage - a home to the retired and orphaned Elephants. Arrive at Kandy.

Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, Temple of the Tooth Relic, the Peradeniya University Campus, and catch a panoramic view of the town from Upper Lake Drive. Enjoy the traditional Sri Lankan dance show in the evening.

Proceed to Nuwara Eliya, en-route visit the Anjaneear (Hanuman) temple of Ramayana Trail in Ramboda, followed by a visit to a Tea factory. Arrive at Nuwara Eliya in the evening.

Proceed to Hakgala. Visit the Sita Amman Temple - According to tradition, the site is associated with Sita of the Ramayana epic. Ancient statues of Rama and Sita can be seen on a side of the temple. Later visit the Hakgala Botanical Gardens (Ashok Va tika) - one of the pleasure gardens of King Ravana. Arrive at Colombo in the evening.

City orientation tour includes 100 years old clock tower, British built colonial buildings, Hindu and Buddhist temple and Bandaranaike Memorial International. Later board the flight for Maldives. Arrive at Maldives in the evening.

Day free to enjoy the blue water of Maldives.
